As the founder of Cutter, Andy is the driving force behind the Group. With his visionary approach to the transformative powers of technology, Andy has led Cutter to become a world leading solution provider with a reputation for innovation and excellence. Away from Cutter, Andy enjoys golf, cricket, travel and indulging his love of Italian sports cars.

Kim is Cutter’s technical guru. A recognised technology expert, Kim is at the heart of Cutter’s technology strategy as the master of marrying technologies with business needs. He leads the Group’s architectural activities and is the arbiter of technical excellence for the organisation. Kim is a dedicated family man who enjoys learning in all its forms.

Mike is passionate about the way technology can change organisations and evolve working practices. He looks after strategic partnerships for Cutter around the globe, as well as managing HR, governance and marketing for the Group. Mike enjoys karate, travel, cooking and wine and is a horseman and confirmed cat obsessive.

Laurence is Cutter’s facilitator-in-chief, managing the operations activities of the Group. He has a wide portfolio of responsibilities including finance, management information, and providing key support to all areas of Cutter. Laurence enjoys playing tennis, is a keen golfer, and regularly drives the much over-used dad’s taxi.
Professional Services
Headed by Kim Mount, our Professional Services team are the creative minds behind Cutter’s solutions. With a deep understanding of the Group’s range of technologies and a business-focussed approach to creating innovative solutions, our team have built an enviable reputation with both customers and partners. Our Professional Services team lead our technology implementations ensuring our solutions offer the optimum experience and performance, as well as ensuring solutions evolve alongside the needs of our customers.

Alongside the ubiquitous console gaming interest, James likes to socialise with friends in the pub and also enjoys board games and cards. At home, he likes to cook and enjoys DIY and decorating. When not working on his home, James likes go-karting, watching cricket and is Cutter’s official gin aficionado.

Steven enjoys walking with his dog in the hills near his home, with occasional stop-offs at country pubs. He likes good wine and good food, enjoyed with friends. One of Cutter’s many guitarists, Steven is a music aficionado who enjoys seeing live music and is a frequent visitor to city-based music festivals.

Attila enjoys exercising outdoors (a benefit of living in Cyprus), either at the beach or in the hills on his bike. He also loves to travel and is a connoisseur of international whiskeys. On the home front, Attila enjoys gaming and DIY.

Matt has a keen interest in gaming and especially VR. He also has a passion for music and enjoys discovering new artists and genres, although he doesn’t not count himself among Cutter musicians. A former motorcyclist, Matt hopes to return to the saddle in the near future.

Andreas enjoys reading anything to do with science and technology, and plays basketball whenever has the chance. He is a family man whose mission is to spread his knowledge to family and friends, and is also a long-time professional DJ playing various gigs and festivals. Inside IT he never stops learning and enjoys staying up to date with new technologies and platforms.

As an experienced systems integrator, Tyler brings practical hands-on skills and knowledge to help with the design and implementation of new solutions. An expert across a variety of hypervisor platforms, Tyler is equally at home designing new systems as he is troubleshooting challenges with existing ones. Outside of work, Tyler plays football and darts, and loves walking his dog in the countryside.

Cutter’s Support team, led by Chris Barker, is the engine room of our organisation. A highly skilled and dedicated team located across the UK and Cyprus, our engineers provide first class service to both customers and partners. All our engineers are multi-disciplined experts with a passion for technology and a commitment to supporting solutions across our customer base. With an ethos of pace, communication, empathy and technical excellence, our Support team thrives on giving our customers great support experiences.

An evangelist for service delivery and customer experiences, Chris Barker is responsible for overseeing Cutter’s support operations. He manages the engineering team across the UK and Cyprus and is committed to delivering the best service possible to Cutter’s customers and partners. Chris enjoys the great outdoors and the joys of parenthood.

One of Cutter’s most experienced and versatile engineers, Connah leads the technical training and development of the support team and optimises the tooling and processes in use. Connah enjoys gaming, airsoft and playing football, and has strong opinions on the definitions of "tea" and "dinner".

Cutter's first Cypriot recruit, Andreas now adeptly leads our 2nd-Line support team, servicing customers across a wide range of sectors and technologies. He a keen traveller who enjoys exploring different cultures, and is a dedicated family man. When not working, Andreas enjoys gaming, BBQing and playing pool in local tournaments.

Nikolas is a talented, methodical and process-driven engineer who leads our 1st-Line support team, providing end-user services across a diverse customer base. He enjoys travel and exploring different cuisines, and has learned to speak Italian to better appreciate the culture. Nikolas has an abiding dislike of tomatoes, and when not working can be found in the gym, running or gaming.

Leny is model of practicality and efficiency, regularly showing her skills as one of Cutter's most prolific ticket resolvers. An expert in M365 and many other solutions, Leny is also confirmed petrol-head who enjoys buying, repairing and selling specialist cars. Leny enjoys woodworking and creates pieces using a CNC machine. To complete the skillset, she also enjoys growing her own tomatoes.

With a passion for coffee and new technologies, Thomas enjoys caffeine-fuelled days getting involved with projects and developing his skills in a wide range of areas. Outside of work, Thomas enjoying spending time outdoors with family and friends, travelling both abroad and taking road trips around the island.

Ash has quickly grown into one of Cutter's most capable engineers, and is always the first to volunteer for taking on a new challenge or learn a new ability. His diverse skillset allows him to turn his hand to almost any issue, and he is often found helping others grown their own knowledge. Ash is a passionate aficionado of gaming, technology, movies, and music.

Joining Cutter from an MSP background, Marcus has a wide range of skills and is just as happy on-site as he is working remotely. His level-headed approach allows him to take on the unknown with confidence, and he is frequently a go-to engineer when an unusual opportunity arises. Outside of work, Marcus loves video games and rebuilding cars.

Louie loves exploring new technologies and has a keen interest in cybersecurity. Always eager to satisfy his thirst for knowledge, Louie jumps at the opportunity to take on new challenges. In his free time, Louie enjoys gaming, cooking, and baking, and once spent 13 hours in the kitchen making ramen. A proud member of team bald, but draws the line at shaving the beard.

A talented engineer with a wealth of experience, Dan is keen to get stuck into new challenges and can always be found volunteering for exciting opportunities. With an ITIL background, Dan contributes to our support processes and best practice, as well as taking on tricky tasks to keep our services running effectively. Dan is a dog lover, and outside of work enjoys hiking in the countryside, travelling, and sampling new cuisine.

Nicolas is an experienced engineer with a background in a wide range of different technologies and sectors. His extensive skills and knowledge help ensure Cutter can tackle any support challenge, and Nicolas is always keen to share his knowledge with others to support their own development. When not at work, Nicolas loves playing video games and has a fascination with learning new technologies and experimenting with software.

A keen technologist, Dan enjoys working with new hardware and software, and can often be found tinkering with his home lab. Dan also enjoys swimming, zip line adventure courses, wildlife photography and has been known to bake up a storm with some delicious treats from time to time. When summer comes round he’ll be at any air show to watch the Red Arrows.

A dependable and conscientious engineer, Sam is one of the cornerstones of Cutter's 1st-Line support delivery. Sam enjoys keeping up to date on the latest hardware and computing developments, and can often be found sharing his skills and knowledge with others. Outside of work, Sam is usually found PC gaming with friends, attending live gigs, or going to the cinema.

Despite Cutter being Savvas' first foray into his IT career, he has quickly become a capable and dependable member of the team who frequently presents new ideas and approaches for best practice. Savvas plays a key role in our service desk design services, and enjoys learning new skills and technical problem solving. When not troubleshooting technical challenges, Savvas enjoys gaming online with friends, playing squash, and working out at the gym.

Joining Cutter as an apprentice, Jarek has successfully made the move to a full member of the team and plays a key role in our 1st-Line support delivery. Bringing a creative and thoughtful approach to support, Jarek is frequently identified by our customers as going the extra mile to provide the best experience possible. Jarek is a fan of motorsports, Lego and Italian food, and outside of work you will often find him doing karaoke or playing video games with friends.

Filios brings an open minded and solution-focussed approach to our support delivery, with a focus on the human element of customer experiences. Outside of work, Filios is usually found playing bass in a successful band, cycling, and making pizzas or ramen. He also enjoys collecting books but never has the time to read them.

Leigh's extensive service desk background brings a valuable skillset to our support team, where she plays a key role in our service desk design, coordination and methodology. Never afraid to speak up, Leigh frequently brings new ideas and approaches to the table to support the continuous improvement of our services. Leigh is great music lover, enjoying going to gigs and festivals. As one of Cutter’s many foodies, Leigh has a passion for cooking and likes learning new recipes.

Governance
Led by Mike Trevor, the Governance function covers an array of activities and responsibilities. These include legal, compliance and marketing, through to strategic alliances, account management, transformations and an oversight of project delivery.

Fresh out of the University of Bristol, Anya loves learning new things and diving into new challenges. When she's not organising projects or helping out in the ops team, you’ll probably catch her enjoying a drink or two.
Operations
The Operations department, headed by Laurence Tucker, makes sure Cutter functions smoothly by providing all of the services that underpin the day to day activity of a busy, multi-national technology group. From billing and invoicing to procurement and logistics (and everything in between), the Operations team provides the vital support that enables the technical magic to happen.

With an eclectic taste in music (and also being a musician), Paul is a great source of musical education for his colleagues. He enjoys home cooked food accompanied by a nice porter beer or wine. Paul and his wife like to enjoy the great outdoors, taking their collie out for walks – often with a stop off at a pub.
